Before the summer winds down, I wanted to share some nautical wedding invitations I had the pleasure of working on this season. Coincidentally, both brides names were Lindsay and both had island weddings (one being on Martha's Vineyard and the other being on Great Diamond Island off the coast of Portland, Maine). The vision was navy, white and nautical. I had so much fun designing these pieces with the brides. I love how how each wanted to incorporate special touches whether it be the map of Martha's Vineyard (love maps!) or using touches of nautical knots to symbolize "tying the knot."
